特點(diǎn)和用途Features & Application
1.生產(chǎn)線主要用于PVC+ASA/PMMA琉璃瓦的生產(chǎn)，規(guī)格有寬度720mm, 930mm, 1100mm,厚度2mm, 2.5mm5.3mm;
2. PVC層由SJZ80/156錐形雙螺桿擠出機(jī)生產(chǎn)，ASA或者PMMA層由SJ50單螺桿共擠機(jī)擠出。設(shè)備還有T型模具，壓花輥，成型機(jī)，切割機(jī)和堆放架組成;
3.提供原料配方指導(dǎo)和原料購買;
4.設(shè)計(jì)低廉的生產(chǎn)成本和優(yōu)良的產(chǎn)品性能。
1. The production line is mainly used for the production of PVC+ASA/PMMA glazed tiles, the specifications are width 720mm, 930mm, 1100mm, thickness 2mm, 2.5mm5.3mm;
2. The PVC layer is produced by SJZ80/156 conical twin-screw extruder, and the ASA or PMMA layer is extruded by SJ50 single-screw co-extruder. The equipment is also composed of T-die, embossing roller, forming machine, cutting machine and stacking rack;
3. Provide raw material formula guidance and raw material purchase;
