SRL-W臥式混合機(jī)組，主要用于塑料、橡膠、日用化工等行業(yè)各種物料的混合、攪拌、干燥、著色等工藝，是生產(chǎn)塑料板材、管材、異型材及降解塑料的理想設(shè)備。

該機(jī)組是引進(jìn)消化并吸收國(guó)外先進(jìn)技術(shù)研制而成，混合物料采用負(fù)壓混合原理。電器儀表全部采用品牌電器，并可采用PLC程控電腦控制。具有自動(dòng)化程度高，混合速度快，其漿葉為精密不銹鋼壓力鑄造，且通過(guò)動(dòng)靜平衡測(cè)試。特別是冷卻機(jī)漿葉采用國(guó)外先進(jìn)的螺旋攪拌結(jié)構(gòu)，整個(gè)容器沒(méi)有死角，具有冷卻速度快，出料干凈，混合效果已達(dá)到國(guó)外先進(jìn)水平。

SRL-W horizontal mixing unit is mainly used for mixing, stirring, drying, coloring and other processes of various materials in plastics, rubber, household chemicals and other industries. It is an ideal equipment for producing plastic sheets, pipes, profiles and degradable plastics.

The unit is developed by importing, digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technology. The mixed material adopts the principle of negative pressure mixing. All electrical instruments use brand electrical appliances, and can be controlled by PLC program-controlled computer. It has a high degree of automation and fast mixing speed. The blades are precision stainless steel pressure casting, and have passed the dynamic and static balance test. In particular, the blades of the cooling machine adopt the foreign advanced spiral stirring structure, the whole container has no dead ends, the cooling speed is fast, the discharge is clean, and the mixing effect has reached the foreign advanced level.
